Making sure your Spanish property is well
looked after and maintained…
• Each Spanish property managed will be visited once a week for a period
of about 20 minutes.
• During this visit, our Spanish property management professionals will ensure that
the property is secure, dry and ventilated by opening and closing
all windows, running all taps, flushing toilets, watering plants
and checking for signs of damp and pest infestation.
• Spanish Property management clients will receive a weekly report.
• Any problems will be reported to the clients with a suggested
course of action. Required work will be paid for by the client
in advance of work carried out.
• The company will retain a 400 euro float from each client
to ensure that emergency work can be undertaken as necessary –
for example to prevent flood damage, to board up windows in case
of break in etc.
